She holds qualifications in Nursing, along with certifications in Disability Support, Business Management, and Training & Assessment.

Kusum has worked in senior clinical and leadership roles in Australia and Canada, where she has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, mentored staff, and developed evidence-based care plans tailored to individual needs. She is deeply committed to patient-centred care, cultural competence, and empowering people with disability to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

RAJESH RISHI - DIRECTOR

Rajesh Rishi brings more than 16 years of nursing experience in Australia, specialising in aged care, disability, dementia, and palliative care. As a Registered Nurse, he has held supervisory and in-charge positions in large residential care facilities, where he has been responsible for managing teams, coordinating specialist services, and ensuring compliance with quality and accreditation standards.

With a strong focus on holistic and person-centred care, Rajesh is skilled in developing and maintaining individualised care plans, mentoring staff, and building respectful relationships with clients and families. His compassionate approach, combined with his strong leadership skills, ensures that participants receive the highest standard of support and care.
